What are your contingency plans regarding the coronavirus outbreak?
At Binky Bounce we already pride ourselves for the cleanliness of our equipment, with all items (particularly soft play items, ball pools etc.) thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between hires. However we recognise that we may need to take extra steps to prevent the possible spread of COVID-19. We wash our hands thoroughly with hot water and soap before and after commencing deliveries and collections. We use hand sanitising gel throughout the day, prior to and following each collection and delivery.
Due to the current situation with Covid 19 (corona virus), for the interim all bookings for party packages will be 'transferable' to a future date up to September 2022 at no penalty, subject to availability. Meaning that if you have booked with a deposit or perhaps paid in full and are worried about the spread of the virus and want to take precautions we will happily give you an alternative later date.
Should you feel that you wish to continue with your booking, then please proceed as normal and we will see you for your arranged booking.
Cancellations from us will only be put in place if instructed to do so by the government or if we believe the children and party guests are at risk from infection.
Can we hire to our own home in our garden or home?
We began as small mobile soft play hire business. Gradually expanding into purchasing more hire products. Hires to homes and gardens were then, and still are a very popular choice for customers! You can browse, book and pay online, we can then deliver and set up through the access you allow us while maintaining social distancing rules. Each item will continue to be fully Sanitized upon set up in line with our already very high cleaning standards.
* We are now offering outdoor bouncy castle hires in back gardens, on grass. Subject to the outcome of risk assessment for the intended area of hire and weather conditions.

What if I wish to cancel my booking due to coronavirus?
We will try to work with you to move your booking to another suitable date. If we cannot accommodate this then we will refund you your payment minus your £20 booking fee.
