Clean and Safe

Each of our Bouncy castles comply with British Standards (BSEN14960) and all display their own identifiable PIPA tag which details their annual safety inspection report.
We also hold a £5,000,000 Public Liability Insurance Policy of which we are happy to provide a copy where necessary. All of our Bouncy Castles must be set up and collected by a trained member of our team. Each hire is set up and prepared for you. We provide all necessary equipment such as; appropriate blower, safety mats to cover all entrance and exits to the inflatable, extension leads, and suitable anchors (sandbags for indoors/industry standard ground stakes). For larger events we can provide safety fencing and diesel generators.

what to Expect upon Delivery

We work to a pre planned schedule with a predetermined van route, your final delivery ETA will be sent to you within the week before your booking. When we arrive, we often know the venue and will say hello and get right to work with setting up. Equipment is brought in, set up and sanitised ready for clean, safe use. A safety briefing and a summary of correct use of the hired equipment will be given to the person responsible for the equipment hired. Once equipment is set up for you it cannot be moved.

Venue Indoor Hire Information (Year round)

Before booking your venue and committing to your hall hire times it may be best to call us first to discuss your party date and party times. We can work with you to fit your venue hire times into our diary.

When booking with us please ensure the information you give for your venue access times and actual party times are correct. I will have a route planned for the van and will begin checking for road closures etc. There's a high probability that I have set up equipment in your chosen venues before and its always nice to touch base so if you have any last minute questions its best to give me a call. Home & Outdoor Hire Information (March 1st - End of September)

Please note that for private outdoor back garden hires these times are approximate depending where you are on the most economical drive route - this method is also more time effective as everyone receives deliveries quicker. We begin our drops from 7am with the aim of completing all back garden drops by 12 Noon before starting our Venue hire deliveries which are mostly time bound.

We have your party start time details on the booking form so you can expect us to confirm your delivery time closer to the date once all bookings are confirmed into the system. All bookings are delivered by order of area with party times considered. If you require any exact times, for instance if you must meet a particular time slot, then please call us to discuss and agree this by phone so that we add your needs into our planning: 07964035033.

Delivery day

  • Please ensure that the access area is clear of all litter, rubbish and animal waste.
  • Outdoor hires are subject to risk assessments on the day, these include the condition of the ground and the weather elements. Please refer to our weather related FAQ page for further information regarding outdoor hires.
  • Please ensure that the access route is at least 2.5ft of clear space (this is a standard doorway) so that we can fit the hired assets through smoothly (The bouncy castles roll to approximately 2ft-2.5ft Wide). Please do not wait until our arrival to clear our access way this holds us up on the job and can put us behind time. Move bins, plant pots and ornaments before our arrival to helps us quickly and smoothly access the space.
  • Please ensure all hires are paid for in full before equipment is set up for you.
  • Please adhere to all health and safety and proper usage requirements given to you.
  • Grass - Please try not to cut your grass in the 7 days before your booking (If you can help it!) This will result in loose grass getting everywhere in and on the equipment. If you do need to cut your grass please rake it this will help keep things tremendously cleaner which helps maintain the condition of our equipment for future use.

To reiterate, delivery and pickup times for back garden private home hires are approximate according to the most economical driver route. During our outdoor season of hire (Start of March - End of September) we begin our drops from 7am with the aim of completing all drops by 12 Noon before starting our Venue hire deliveries which are time bound.
